Reservations, Fees & Cancellation Policy

At True Wellness by Victoria, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized and uninterrupted experience. To secure your reservation, the full session fee is required at the time of booking.

Because appointment availability is limited, your reserved time is held exclusively for you and is no longer available to other clients.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

​

• Reservations canceled with 24 hours or more notice may be rescheduled or credited toward a future appointment.

• Reservations canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.

• Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit the full session fee.

• Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate appointments that follow. The full session fee will remain applicable.
